Denyless™ ("Denyless," "we," "us") provides insurance-billing and denial-management services to healthcare practices. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how the service handles information. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
The early-access form collects your name, email, practice type, state, and approximate monthly claim volume, plus standard technical logs (IP address, browser type). We use this to contact you about Denyless onboarding and for nothing else. No patient information is collected anywhere on this website.
This marketing site may use analytics and advertising-measurement tools (such as Google Tag Manager and the tags loaded through it) to understand how visitors find us and how our advertising performs. These tools may set cookies. This applies only to denyless.com the website — never to the Denyless service, where practice and patient data live, and which loads no advertising or analytics trackers of any kind.
When a practice uses Denyless, the service processes the information insurance billing requires: patient demographics and insurance identifiers, service codes and dates, claim and remittance data, and related payer correspondence. This is protected health information (PHI), and we handle it as a business associate under HIPAA:
Credit purchases and patient-responsibility charges are processed by Stripe; card numbers are handled by Stripe and never touch Denyless servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs its processing.
Billing records are retained as required by payer contracts, HIPAA, and applicable state law, and for the practice's own audit needs. Practices may request export or deletion of their data, subject to those legal retention requirements. Early-access list entries are deleted on request — email us.
Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Access is limited to what servicing your account requires, with authentication, audit logging, and least-privilege controls. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected practices of any incident as HIPAA requires.
